Madison + Aaron

I’m sure you remember those movies where the protagonist has no idea that their one true love has been right in front of them the entire time. They find out towards the end of the movie that they had known each other all along. “It was you all along,” she would say. Flashbacks and glimpses pop into her head of all the times they crossed each other’s paths, not knowing that one day they would fall in love.

THIS is THAT story.

Madison and Aaron fell in love and later realized that they had been in such close proximity to each other without ever knowing the other existed. I’m talking years.

I, for one, am a sucker for romantic beginnings. I couldn’t think of a more romantic one to end with. This was one of my last sessions of the year, and i’m sure glad I get to share their story.

Grag + Kylee

Kylee and Grag had a beautiful engagement session in Huntsville, Texas. The colors, the weather couldn’t have been more perfect. A few years ago I attended Kylee’s senior graduation in Santiago, Chile. Our family, as well as theirs, had been living in Chile at the time helping out with the local church. Kylee is smart, funny and unique; her graduation speech proved it. She was at the top of her class yet she was poised, humble and strong. She decided to come back to the states for college. I still remember the shy and quiet girl I met in Santiago. Now, she is a different woman. A beautiful girl who is madly in love.

Kylee and Grageroy, may forever be full of Joy.

2022, we will see what you bring to earth, but whatever the outcome, love will always prevail.

Levon + Barbara

If only you could have seen the laughs, the tears, the talks that Barbara and I had growing up, you would understand the joy I feel as I type out this blog. In just a few months Barbara will be getting married. I have known Barbara since I was in high school. We have known each other for quite some time. I have seen her on her highs and on her lows. She has the seen the same of me. She told me jokingly right after her session that if we did not have Jesus, we wouldn’t probably be friends. I smiled. Maybe.

You see, Barbara and I are nothing alike. She’s A and i’m B. She’s north, and I am south. Who knows if we would have eventually found each other, but I am glad that we did. Jesus definitely gets the credit for this one. Now I share her joy as she has found ‘the one’. I share her gratefulness, because those that are closest to her know, that it was all very well worth the wait. Levon, you take care of my friend. I can’t want to see what God has in store for you both.
