Take a small glimpse of who we are by viewing the short video above. I hope that after you watch, you realize that we are more than photographers. We are family. I (Michel) picked up a camera at age sixteen in my high school photography class. I took the class not realizing that it would be the beginning of our photography business seven years later. While engaged, Brian and I bought our first camera. The small SLR was going to provide us with enough sessions to jumpstart our photography and get involved in the wedding industry. Los Castro came from our last name Castro. “los” meaning “the”. We are the Castros; Los Castro. At the time of this video, our daughter Jovie had just been born. We were on our way back to Texas after living overseas in Costa Rica and Chile. Our experience overseas dramatically impacted our perspective in how we view the world. Life is too short to live without purpose.
