Lindsey + Jason

We met Lindsey and Jason one evening in Huntsville, TX. We instantly had one thing in common: Chile. Jason and Lindsey had been in Chile for an internship during an entire summer, and now face the inevitable question of when the next time will be. For Jason alone, his next time was a day after their engagement session. Brian and I drove up to Huntsville, hopped in the car with Jason and went to pick up Lindsey at work. Then, headed straight to Nacogdoches. As soon as we stepped out, we started shooting! Jason grew up near Nacogdoches and wanted to make sure we captured the spirit of the town. Together we had a great evening. Jason and Lindsey will be married this summer and maybe, in two years, will be heading to Chile! After our session we had a great dinner at a local Italian restaurant and headed back to Huntsville. The next day, Jason left to Chile for a short term trip. Brian and I feel privileged to have been part of documenting their story. In case you didn’t know, we ourselves are moving to Chile next year. We will leave to Costa Rica in January and will be in Santiago, Chile by the summer of 2016. Stay tuned for our upcoming adventures. For now, enjoy the future Goldsberry's engagement session :)

Candace + Tyler maternity session

Candace and Tyler are having their first baby soon! On a bright sunny day we took a walk in a park that is near their home. Together they have taken many walks in this little reservoir, but this time it was much sweeter. We took Sam Wise Gamgee with us, as Tyler likes to shout after him, and took a walk on a very breezy evening. Sam likes to run, get sticks and play in the water. Candace and Tyler stayed calm despite that fact that the wind was trying to get control. Thank God that Candace had her fashionable hat! Together we created an epic maternity session. I would say this is a masterpiece, but I might be biased :).

Katie + Sam

Katie and Sam are one of a kind. Together, I am sure, they will conquer the world. Just a few months ago Katie had asked if I was available in December. I had no idea that she was going to get married and that she wanted me to be her wedding photographer! The reason why this is such a huge deal is because Katie is the daughter of a man I really respect. A man who discipled me through his teachings. Her dad, Eli Gautreaux, was my campus pastor when I attended Sam Houston. It was there that my life changed in a very, very good way. And now I have the privilege to document the special day of his daughter! Katie asked for a very unique session for her engagement pictures. She wanted something outside but she also wanted an indoor session at what is going to be their new home. Sam, the most cuddly fiancé I have ever photographed, was a natural at the camera! Together they made the perfect setting. God bless you guys and I cannot wait for your wedding!!
